Question:I'm doing senior biology & part of our homework is to research an example where natural selection resulted in evolution. I'm searching on google but I can't seem to find specific cases where this happened - only broad definitions of what natural selection is.

Answers:African elephants being killed for their ivory tusks led to the evolutionary trait of tusk-less elephants. Although this is still a problem today every year more and more tusk-less elephants are born because poachers kill most of the elephants that have tusks, leaving the others to reproduce creating more elephants. hope this helps
